How To Order
Our new online secure ordering system is now available. Hosted by secure servers operating under the latest standards to ensure the maximum possible safety in processing your online payment.
1. To order simply choose any options required ie: colour then press the "Buy Now" button or text once only.
2. You will then be taken to an order page where you can insert the amount that you wish to purchase, if you wish to purchase more items select "Continue Shopping". To remove items simply change the amount to zero and select "Recalculate".
3. If your order is complete select the postage zone that you are in and then select "Checkout Now" and complete the order process. When submitting your credit card details you will be taken to our secure server for processing.
4. At any time you may check your purchases by selecting "Review Items In Basket" at the top and bottom of each page.
5. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email.
6. All orders, we strongly suggest that you read our terms and conditions.
Should you wish to order without using our secure online payment facility then please follow the instructions below.
1. Download and then print out a copy of our order form 
This is supplied in Adobe AcrobatT format. If you do not have the reader then you can download from Adobe, using the link supplied.
2. Fill in manually as you browse our site making careful note of codes, sizes and colours you require.
3. Add up the goods value of your order.
4. Add on the delivery charge. (see charges)
5. To this subtotal add the Vat @ 17.5%.
6. Choose your payment method:
Cheque's made payable to: The Candle Supply Company Ltd.
Card Payments, complete all relevant details on the order form.
You can Fax your order form if paying by card.
7. Post your order form and cheque not forgetting to sign it.
